Our Story

Move With Eze was founded by siblings Okey and Uju Eze from a deep belief that healing begins when someone is truly seen, heard, and met with care. What started as a shared vision has grown into a space where people can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves again.

Based in London and Bedford, we offer trauma-informed, body-led care that looks beyond symptoms and quick fixes.  Through Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports and Remedial MassageRehabilitation, Movement TrainingSomatic Therapy, and nervous system regulation we support not just recovery, but a return to feeling strong, present, and at home in your body.

Uju Eze

Uju grew up in Nigeria before moving to the UK at the age of 10. Her childhood memories of playing outdoors and connecting with nature deeply influenced her journey into the wellness and movement world. More recently, her curiosity has expanded into understanding how this connection relates to the nervous system.

Inspired by her incredible parents - her father, a chief physiotherapist who treated amputees during the Biafra war, and her mother, a highly skilled midwife who served both in Nigeria and the UK - Uju’s passion for health and wellness was inevitable. Their dream was to one day open a world-class health facility, a vision she now proudly shares with her brother, Okey.

Uju’s mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, viewing them as incredible environments capable of self-healing when given the right tools. Whether teaching movement classes, leading retreats, or working with clients in the clinic, her goal is to provide awareness and practical skills that support long-lasting wellness. You’ll often find Uju exploring nature, staying curious, and empowering her clients to unlock their true potential.

Uju is a qualified Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist as well as a Movement Coach running retreats round the worlds. Uju also trained at the acclaimed and highly exclusive ProSport Academy under the guidance of Dave O’sullivan and his team.

Ultimately the goal is to help you create an environment in which the healing can begin and help regulate your nervous system.

Uju is a proud member of The Association For Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA).

Okey Eze

Okey Eze is a Rehab & Soft Tissue Specialist, Somatic Therapist, and NeuroAffective Touch® Foundation Graduate, offering trauma-informed, nervous-system-led care for people living with pain, tension, and disconnection.

Okey grew up in Nigeria, deeply influenced by his father, a physiotherapist who treated injured soldiers during the Biafran War and later served as Chief Physiotherapist at an Orthopaedic Hospital. Witnessing the impact of compassionate, skilled care at a young age planted the seeds for Okey’s own path into healing work.

At 14, Okey moved to the UK with his family, later earning a degree in Sports Science. A passionate rugby player, he competed at a high level and spent plenty of time in physiotherapy rooms recovering from injuries - experiences that sparked his desire to help others move out of pain and back into life.

In 2016, Okey returned to university to complete his Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy (NLSSM), while gaining extensive clinical experience. Yet he soon realised that relieving symptoms wasn’t enough - he wanted to help people experience lasting change, not just short-term relief.

His search for deeper answers led him to train under Dave O’Sullivan, England Rugby Physiotherapist, at ProSport Academy. This mentorship reshaped his approach, bringing structure, precision, and compassion into his rehabilitation work, and forming the foundations of what would become the Eze Method.

As his clinical work evolved, Okey began to notice how often pain and restriction were linked not only to injury, but to stress, overwhelm, and early life experiences held in the nervous system. This insight led him to train in trauma-informed somatic therapy and NeuroAffective Touch®, allowing him to support clients in releasing stored stress, rebuilding safety, and reconnecting with their bodies at a deeper level.

Today, Okey blends trauma-informed soft tissue therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, somatic therapy, NeuroAffective Touch, and nervous system regulation to support healing that is both physical and emotional, gentle yet transformative.

Okey continues to deepen his practice through ongoing training and research in rehabilitation, somatic therapy, and nervous system dysfunction. For him, this work is more than a profession, it is a calling to help people feel safe, strong, and at home in their bodies again.

Okey is a proud member of The Association For Soft Tissue Therapists  (SMA).
